Service Description
Description: Designed for financial, medical, or durable Power of Attorney documents, this service includes notarization for both the principal and the agent, plus travel within Orange County. Please have valid identification for all signers, and note if witnesses are required for your form. A 15-minute grace period is allowed before the no-show policy applies. Please see our senior package if (60+) Disclaimer: By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that California law sets the maximum notary fee at $15 per signature. This fee is included in the total price; remaining charges reflect travel, coordination, and mobile service time. Additional notarizations are $15 each.
Cancellation Policy
Because Old Towne Notary operates by appointment, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the quoted or booked service fee to cover lost availability. Same-Day Bookings: For appointments scheduled on the same day, any request to cancel or reschedule after booking may result in a non-refundable charge of up to the full booking fee, especially if travel, printing, or preparation has already begun. This ensures that short-notice commitments, resources, and blocked availability are fairly compensated. Please note: If travel has already begun, printing has been completed, or any portion of your service package has been started, those costs are non-refundable.
