Description: Specially priced service for veterans and active-duty military members and their family members. All VA-related document notarizations are $0. The $65 flat rate is a discounted travel fee from my standard service rates and covers travel and coordination anywhere within Orange County. At Old Towne Notary, we deeply value our service members and appreciate their valor and sacrifice in serving this country. Need to notarize non-VA documents or add optional services? Use promo code HERO10 for $10 off as our way of honoring your service. I allow a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time before the no-show policy is applied. Additional fees may apply for non-VA document notarizations or optional add-on services such as witnesses, scan-backs, or rush appointments. Cancellation Policy
Because Old Towne Notary operates by appointment, cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the quoted or booked service fee to cover lost availability. Same-Day Bookings: For appointments scheduled on the same day, any request to cancel or reschedule after booking may result in a non-refundable charge of up to the full booking fee, especially if travel, printing, or preparation has already begun. This ensures that short-notice commitments, resources, and blocked availability are fairly compensated. Please note: If travel has already begun, printing has been completed, or any portion of your service package has been started, those costs are non-refundable.
